We are all wired differently. Understanding our particular communication style can greatly enhance our ability to relate to others. 

This can include both internal team members and external communications with customers and suppliers! This also becomes good information to assist with conflict resolution.

As a Certified DISC Consultant, we can offer you DISC assessments geared toward a particular purpose. Looking for the person to fill a sales role or sales leadership, we can assess those specific strengths. Since a great team typically has a mix of all the styles, we can provide a group report.

DISC is a great tool to help get the right people in the right seat on the bus based on their DISC style. Each of us has our strengths and the goal of any organization is to maximize those strengths while understanding what actions we can take to manage our weaknesses. Any of these styles can be a leader, understanding that the leadership style may be different can enhance team communications.
