The Law of Intentionality and Law of Awareness are a couple examples of the laws we will explore. We can only lead our teams to the level of our growth. Mistakes are a great learning opportunity, if managed well. This course will explore the growth that occurs when we look at these events differently.

The challenge is that true Teamwork is hard to achieve and takes intentionality and commitment. In this course, we will use Patrick Lencioni's book as the mechanism to identify and overcome the obstacles so you can operate with a high performance team.
